What we know about the Trump administration's seizure of an oil tanker in the waters off Venezuela

The U.S. Coast Guard on Wednesday seized a Venezuelan oil tanker. Attorney General Pam Bondi says the tanker was transporting oil from Venezuela and Iran, in violation of U.S. sanctions.
