NYC's Mayor Koch Wanted to Bring Floridians Back to New York

Former New York City Mayor Ed Koch is being laid to rest today. The charismatic politician remained in public life until his death on Friday. As he traveled around the country for speaking engagements, he was a staunch ambassador for New York - especially when it came to Florida's seniors.

"I'll generally make a joke when I go to a place like Florida, where most of the people are from New York, and I will say, 'I'm here at the request of your children to take you home. They want you back'"

Mayor Ed Koch was 88. President Bill Clinton is scheduled to speak at his funeral.
