Four states hold primaries Tuesday: South Carolina, North Dakota, Nevada and Maine.

In South Carolina, two U.S. House incumbents — Nancy Mace and Tom Rice — were challenged by Republicans who had the endorsement of former President Donald Trump. Trump got a split decision.
