Hesitant to Increase Wages, Some Employers Add Perks Instead

Unemployment may be at its lowest level in seven years, but wages for workers have not been increasing.

It appears that a number of companies are hesitant to increase wages, but are adding other benefits, such as signing bonuses, more paid time off or gym memberships.
