Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd says more charges are possible against two middle school students after a 12-year-old Lakeland girl jumped to her death in September. 12-year-old Katelyn Roman and 14-year-old Guadalupe Shaw are charged with aggravated stalking.

In a press conference Tuesday Judd said their bullying of Rebecca Sedwick contributed to her suicide.

"Watch what your children do online. Pay attention. Quit being their best friend and be their best parent. That's important. It's important to their health and welfare. And it's important to the person they might be bullying."

Witnesses say Shaw told Sedwick she should drink bleach and die. Roman admitted to detectives she bullied Sedwick and said she was sorry.Sedwick jumped to her death from a concrete silo tower.

Roman and Shaw were released into their parents' custody and remain on home detention.
