Hurricane Matthew has made that much-anticipated turn to the north, and is expected to hit Haiti and eastern Jamaica tonight, crossing over the eastern tip of Cuba Tuesday. As of 5 AM, winds were at 130 mph and it was moving north at 6 mph.
