Moving can be a stressful endeavor: selling your home, showing your home to prospective buyers, negotiating a price, buying another home, packing up, unpacking — it can be a high-stress activity.Research carried out by federally legal cannabis retailer, Mood, analyzed 355 U.S. metro areas across and found seven of the top 10 most stressful places for moving are in Florida and four of them are right here in Southwest Florida — Naples, Punta Gorda, North Port and Cape Coral.

One of the areas leading the nation in the increase in foreclosure filings is Cape Coral. 1-in-2,200 homes are under a foreclosure filing, mimicking the 2008 housing market crash.

Foreclosure rates are on the rise in The Sunshine State. In a US Foreclosure Market Report from Attom, roughly 1-in-2500 Florida homes have a foreclosure filing, a 5% increase from last year.

Naples-Marco Island significantly beat out the Miami-West Palm area, again, while North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton was third, Cape Coral-Fort Myers remained in the top 10 at sixth and Punta Gorda was at number 12.

Bonita and Estero made huge gains in terms of market values. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel saw significant losses.
