Florida Atlantic University professor Daniel Raviv has a solution for drivers who can’t stop texting. He’s created a program that can block the texting capability of a phone that is located near the driver’s seat of a moving vehicle. The program, still in development, would also prevent the driver’s phone from receiving text messages if the car is moving above a designated speed.
