Charlie Crist was once the Republican governor of Florida. But since then, Crist has become a Democrat. And, though Crist has not said he's thinking about running for office, there are persistent rumors that he's got his eye on a run for the Governor's office again.

And it's a threat that the Republican party of Florida is taking seriously. It's already launching anti-Crist ad campaigns. WUSF's Craig Kopp talks with PolitiFact's Katie Sanders about the most recent ad - which has an historical flavor.
