A new report shows that more young people are signing up for Obamacare now that the website has recovered from its rough launch in October. But those numbers still show a challenge for the federal health law.

Recently released figures show nearly 300,000 Floridians signed up for health insurance under Obamacare in the last month - an 88% increase. Florida is right behind California in the highest number of new enrollees. The whole country has seen an increase in enrollment-- including young people, but it's still not quite enough.

Obamacare analysts were hoping for at least 40% of enrollees to be between 18-34 years old to help offset the costs of insuring older, sicker people. But only 25% of people nationally who have signed up are in that age group.
