President Barack Obama was in Orlando Saturday. He addressed disabled veterans.

The president spoke on the opening day of the Disabled American Veterans National Convention. He was introduced by First Lady Michelle Obama.

Barry Jesinoski, executive director at the organization's Washington headquarters, said disabled veterans want better access to benefits and health care from the U-S Department of Veterans Affairs.

"VA has the nation's top-notch health care", Jesinoski said. "But in some cases veterans have to wait far too long to get in for that health care."

Nearly 4,000 disabled veterans and their families are expected at the convention, which concludes Tuesday
