Ban on E-cigarette Sales to Minors Goes into Effect July 1

A new state law banning the sale of e-cigarettes to minors goes into effect on July first. Under the bill it is also illegal for minors to possess e-cigarettes.

Local government officials statewide are wary of plans by Gov. Ron DeSantis and the state Legislature to slash or abolish homestead property taxes, but one group of counties is particularly worried.
