Film Discussion: Free For All: The Public Library
WGCU is partnering with the Holocaust Museum & Cohen Education Center to host a special discussion of the Independent Lens documentary, Free For All: The Public Library.
This powerful film tells the story of the pioneers behind the “free library movement” and explores the challenges libraries face today, from closures to book bans. Watch the film on WGCU before the event, then join us for a panel conversation on the role of local libraries and the history of book bans in connection to the Holocaust.
