Mother Emanuel AME Church marks 10 years since deadly shooting

Ten years ago Tuesday, a white supremacist opened fire at a Bible study at the Mother Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, killing nine worshipers.

Here & Now‘s Lisa Mullins speaks with NPR national correspondent Debbie Elliott about how this day is being marked in the church community and in Charleston.
