A Busy Week For The House Of Representatives

The House of Representatives has much to do this week. Republican Congressman Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, who last Thursday committed to running for speaker of the House, will almost certainly be officially voted in on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, representatives are also thinking about next Tuesday’s debt ceiling deadline. NPR’s Ron Elving joins Here & Now’s Meghna Chakrabarti to talk about this week’s House to-do list.
