By 2040, 50% of all homes and buildings in South Florida will be in neighborhoods with two uninvited foreign pests - subterranean termites. Only about 7% of structures are at risk to the two species now, according to the University of Florida. WLRN's Tom Hudson visited a Ft. Lauderdale neighborhood to get up close and personal with the bugs.
