How to Enter

Pledge any amount during the Drive Public Media Forward Sweepstakes (the “Contest”) from October 7, 2025, through December 5, 2025, for an automatic entry. No purchase or contribution is necessary to participate. To enter without a pledge, you may:

• Enter in person at Devoe Cadillac, 4100 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34103

• Enter online at WGCU.org, or click here

• Mail a 3 x 5 card with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and the words “2025 Cadillac Lyriq” to:

WGCU Sweepstakes c/o WGCU Membership, 10501 FGCU Boulevard South, Fort Myers, FL 33965.

Mail-in entries must be received by December 10, 2025, at 5:00 pm ET. Sustaining Members are automatically entered. Members and pledge contributors who do not wish to participate may contact WGCU Membership at memberservices@wgcu.org or 239-590-2361 to be removed from the drawing.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to all individuals 18 years of age or older who legally reside in the United States and are either permanent or seasonal residents of Florida. Faculty, staff of Florida Gulf Coast University, employees of the Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation, Inc., and their family members are not eligible.

Contest Information

1. The Florida Gulf Coast University Foundation, Inc. (the “Foundation”) is the contest sponsor. It is a 501(c)(3) organization located at 10501 FGCU Blvd. S., Fort Myers, FL 33965.

2. The Contest will comply with all applicable Florida Statutes.

3. The prize has been donated; no Foundation funds were used to purchase the prize.

4. No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances. Void where prohibited.

Selection of Winner

1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on December 11, 2025, at 11:00 am ET at the Myra Janco Daniels Public Media Center, 10501 FGCU Blvd. S., Fort Myers, FL 33965. One entry per household. Entries must be received or postmarked by December 5, 2025, at 11:59 pm ET.

2. Winners will be contacted immediately after the drawing via phone or email.

3. If the winner does not respond by December 12, 2025, at 12:00 pm ET, declines the prize, is ineligible, or fails to comply with the rules, a substitute winner will be drawn.

4. Winner must execute lease paperwork and take delivery at Devoe Cadillac by December 19, 2025. Failure to do so or meet credit requirements results in forfeiture.

5. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Verification of eligibility is required.

6. Only one winner per household; winners may only win one WGCU sweepstakes prize per calendar year.

7. Winners agree to participate in the promotion of the sweepstakes, including the use of their name, photograph, or likeness.

Prize Information (Updated Pickup Location)

1. The prize is a three-year (36-month) single-pay lease of one (1) 2025 Cadillac Lyriq (Stock #: C25509, VIN: 1GYKPRRK1SZ315010, Model #: 6MB26, MSRP: $65,570),

including 12,000 miles per year (36,000 miles total).

2. Winner must execute the lease agreement and take delivery of the vehicle by

December 19, 2025, at Devoe Cadillac. Failure to meet credit approval or take delivery by this date will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be drawn.

3. Winner is solely responsible for insurance coverage, excess mileage charges ($0.25 per mile over 36,000), routine maintenance, wear and tear, and lease-end disposition fee.

4. The fair market value of the lease will be determined at delivery and reported to the IRS.

The winner will receive a 1099-MISC for the full value and is responsible for all applicable taxes.

5. Participants and winners waive all claims of liability against Florida Gulf Coast University, its Board of Trustees, affiliates, the Foundation, and Dick DeVoe Buick Cadillac, Inc. Providing false information makes the participant ineligible for this and future contests.

6. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, except Devoe Cadillac may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winners may reject a prize by contacting WGCU Sweepstakes via email

(memberservices@wgcu.org) or mail (10501 FGCU Boulevard South, Fort Myers, FL 33965).

8. Winners must present a valid ID when taking delivery. Pickup is at Devoe Cadillac during regular business hours. The Foundation is not responsible for entries lost due to mail, internet, or phone issues.

Lease Details

• Excess mileage: $0.25 per mile over 36,000.

• Winner is responsible for wear and tear, service, disposition fee, and insurance for the 36-month lease.

• Lease special excludes taxes based on Collier County. Includes first month’s payment,

$999 doc fee, $0 acquisition fee, registration, and state fees in one one-time payment. $0 due at signing. $0 security deposit. Subject to credit approval.
