WGCU, The News-Press and Naples Daily News host a series of live virtual town halls with some of the most recognizable thought leaders in our community.


The SWFL Town Hall on Wednesday, June 17 featured experts discussing health challenges, what’s next for education, the future of the restaurant industry and the impact this pandemic has had on the residents of Southwest Florida.

The town hall was moderated by Julie Glenn from WGCU and Mark Bickel from The News-Press/Naples Daily News. Participating in the discussion were: Larry Antonucci, President/CEO, Lee Health; Paul C. Hiltz, CEO/President, NCH Health System; Sarah Owen, President/CEO, Southwest Florida Community Foundation; Maria Jimenez-Lara, CEO, Naples Children and Education Foundation; Annabelle Tometich, food and dining reporter, The News-Press/Naples Daily News; Rafael Feliciano, President/CEO, Food Idea Group; Greg Adkins, Superintendent, The School District of Lee County; Kamela Patton, Superintendent, Collier County Public Schools; and Mike Martin, President, FGCU.
