divider

Monday, April 12 @ noon on 90.1/91.7 FM

College graduates who enter the job market this spring will compete with an unprecedented number of unemployed Americans with more on-the-job experience. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, since the start of the recession, about 705,000 Americans over the age of 65 entered the labor force — marking the highest percent of older workers in the labor force since 1969. We’ll explore the job market in Southwest Florida and what new graduates are doing to cope.
