Sarasota Foreclosure Case
Lax oversight on foreclosure procedures have several leading banks investigating and even in some cases halting foreclosures. Meanwhile some federal lawmakers are calling for an industry-wide moratorium. One Sarasota family says they feel caught in the middle and their attorneys are still fighting to keep them in their home. Mia McCormick has more.

Foreclosure Workshop
According to the latest numbers from Realty Trac, foreclosure activity is leveling off throughout the country, but Florida’s foreclosure rate is still high, ranking third in the nation. The department of financial services is holding a workshop in Immokalee Saturday to get homeowners talking to lenders about avoiding foreclosure. WGCU’s John Davis has more.
