Seminole Battle Re-Enactments
Once a year for the last nine years a group of re-enactors gather on a field in the everglades to relive the bloody battles of the second Seminole war. For two days in front of hundreds of spectators, under the leadership of a group of Seminoles, they try to show a side of history most have never learned. WGCU’s Luis Hernandez attended this year and has this report.

2008 Legislative Session Preview
It's shaping up to be a tough year in Tallahassee. Declining tax revenues and the state's continuing housing crunch mean the budget axe may fall heavily during the upcoming session. Steve Newborn talked to two South Central Florida lawmakers - one Republican, one Democrat - about what's expected this year in the state capitol.
