Ag-Mart Settlement

The Florida produce company, Ag-Mart, has settled a civil suit with two former tomato pickers who say their son was born without arms and legs because of the misuse of dangerous pesticides in farm fields by the agricultural firm. Leah Fleming reports.

Woman Killed by Spotted Eagle Ray

A Michigan woman killed by a large ray in the waters off Marathon yesterday died a violent but very unusual death. State wildlife officials say it was probably the collision with the ray, and not its poisonous barb, that killed her. Rick Stone reports.

Foreclosure Tours R Us

The Cape Coral-Fort Myers area has the highest foreclosure rate in the country right now… nearly seven times the national average. Now a local realtor says he’s doing his part to put a dent in the literally thousands of foreclosed homes on the market…with a brightly painted tour bus. Realtor Marc Joseph told WGCU’s Mike Kiniry that someone’s got to do something about the more than 23-hundred foreclosed homes currently on the market in Southwest Florida.
