Collier ID Theft Summit

The
Collier County Sheriff’s Office hosted law enforcement officials from
nearly 40 different local, state and federal agencies Tuesday for a

Rx Clean Out

The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office held a ‘prescription clean out’ over the weekend, encouraging folks to turn in their unused or expired prescription medications. WGCU’s John Davis has more.

Wrong Vaccine

Nurses from the Collier County Health Department will be at the Community School of Naples today to re-vaccinate some students. The process began on Monday but some students got seasonal flu vaccines instead of H1N1. WGCU’s Valerie Alker reports.

Botanical Garden Reopens

Folks at the Naples Botanical Garden are making the final preparations for their grand re-opening Saturday. But, besides the nearly 70 acres of exotic and native gardens, perhaps the shining star for director Brian Holley is the award-winning irrigation system. WGCU’s Luis Hernandez reports.
