Latino Aids Awareness Day

Thursday is the seventh annual Latino Aids Awareness Day. Roughly one fifth of people with AIDS in the United States are Hispanic. WGCU’s Luis Hernandez reports.

Immokalee Farmer’s Market FEMA Grant

FEMA,
the Federal Emergency Management Agency will provide more than 8
million dollars to rebuild portions of the Immokalee State Farmer’s
Market destroyed by Hurricane Wilma four years ago.  WGCU’s John Davis
