“I think we do what we do well, but people that are out in the community deal with these things every day,” she said. “They’re people who use our attractions, so we want to hear from them. What’s important to them? What do they see that we could improve upon? What do they see as an issue or concern?”
The teams will consider a number of topics including ecotourism, social media and attraction development.
Steiner says some of their conclusions may be incorporated in the bureau’s marketing plan for next season..
The teams have until August 31st to submit their recommendations.
