Wrongly convicted of rape and robbery, Alan Crotzer has already received 1.2 million dollars in compensation from the state of Florida, and now he’s been pardoned and has had his record expunged for two other crimes. As James Call reports Governor Charlie Crist made the motion, even though the Supreme Court says the board cannot grant such authority.
