A documentary called ‘Back to the Wild’ - produced by Emmy Award winning producer and director David Carter is premiering tonight at the Big Arts Theater Sanibel. It gives viewers a glimpse inside the animal rescue world at the Center for Rehabilitation of Wildlife – or CROW on the island. Carter – a Sanibel resident himself – told WGCU’s Mike Kiniry that after more than a decade out of the industry after a long career in television and advertising…it was technology that brought him back.
