1. PROTECT THE OCEAN
The ocean really does need our help and there are some easy things that we can all do. Like the example in the video, we can begin to plant native plants in our yards! Even if you begin with one plant at a time, that makes a difference! 2. TURTLES AND TRASH
Remember to take your plastic bags home with you! See if your family would be willing to use more cloth bags for grocery shopping, or perhaps paper? Did you know that the city of San Francisco has officially banned the use of plastic grocery bags! The City’s Department of the Environment said that San Francisco uses 181 million grocery bags annually! That’s a lot of bags!
