Size: Up to 30 feet tall

Zone: 8b,9a,9b,10a,10b

Habitat:  Needs full sun and thrives in moist soil, but will tolerate dry soil as well as a broad range of pH.

Description:
Designated as Florida's state tree, this great palm has an attractive evergreen canopy that produces tiny white flowers in the summer and edible fruit by fall. A strong, far reaching tap root also makes this palm tree very resistant to strong winds from storms and hurricanes.
