Children and adults alike love Sesame Street. It’s a place where multiethnic, multigenerational, and even multispecies residents live together in harmony. It’s a place where people and Muppets have fun and learn from each other.
Sesame Street premiered in 1969 with a goal of creating a TV program that would make a difference in children’s lives and help them prepare for school. Teaching letters and numbers has been joined by a Spanish word of the day, tips to live and eat healthy and more over the years. The lessons continue every day on this very special street, to the joy of three generations of devoted fans.

Buddy is an adorable preschool age Tyrannosaurus Rex, adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Pteranodon. Mom and Dad take him to their nest to hatch with his new siblings, Tiny, Shiny and Don. The whole family loves to learn all about the different types of dinosaurs, so they board the Dinosaur Train.
Departing from Pteranodon Station, the Dinosaur Train is customized to accommodate all kinds of dinosaurs. Windows are perfect for the long-necked herbivores, and there’s plenty of head room in the Observation Car for the Giganotosaurus. The Dinosaur Train has the ability to visit the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous worlds, while the Train’s Conductor, a knowledgeable Troodon, provides passengers with cool facts about dinosaurs along the way.
Young viewers can join Buddy and his adoptive Pteranodon family on a whimsical voyage through prehistoric jungles, swamps, volcanoes and oceans, as they unearth basic concepts in life science, natural history and paleontology.

George is the world's most curious monkey! He lives to find new things to discover, touch, spill, and chew. Everything is new to George and worth investigating. Of course, in George's hands — all four of them — investigation often leads to unintended consequences! The Man in the Yellow Hat stays very busy keeping up with George and his friends.
The series encourages children to explore science, engineering, and math in the world around them. And who could be a better guide than a curious monkey? Curious George also shows parents and caregivers how to support science and math literacy in children. These materials offer activities designed to support and extend the learning objectives of the series.
